This module contains many interactive multimedia clips that go with Chapter 3, The Second Law of Thermodynamics, of Laidler, Meiser, and Sanctuary, Physical Chemistry. These user-friendly snippets illustrate specific topics in that chapter and are an aid to students and teachers.

Besides being interactive, the ideas are expressed in both words and voice overlays.

Unfortunately, Mac stopped supporting the software that was used to create our programs, so they only run on PCs with Windows. However, windows emulators are readily available and these can successfully play the .exe files.

These professional programs won the prestigious Eddy Award for the best post-secondary multimedia.
